If you select our free signed for/registered mail option then I promise to replace any order that does not reach its destination safely and promptly. No quibbles. Of course, please take care to ensure we are provided with the full and correct address for shipping, as we can’t re-send an order if not!

If, like some of our customers, you don’t want to sign for your order, then you should select our standard shipping option. Unfortunately we can’t replace unregistered orders as this would leave us open to abuse. It is, however, very rare that an unregistered parcel fails to reach its destination due to the high-quality of our shipping methods.
