How should I pay for my order?

We accept payment by Bitcoin, credit and debit cards, cash and wire transfers. Absolutely no mention of anything product/company specific will appear on your statement, and we bill with the utmost online security.

Can I pay with cash or money orders?

Cash Yes!  -  Money Orders NO! (We have had to stop accepting these due to excessive bank charges; Sorry!)

How do you send out my order?

Very discreetly, your marijuana seeds will come shipped in plain packaging. Stealth is the name of the game!

What if there's a problem with my order?

If there is a problem with your order, please notify us immediately upon opening it.

How should I store my seeds?

To prevent the accidental germination of seeds and deterioration of seed life, store in a waterproof, lightproof container, preferably in the fridge.

What will appear on my credit card statement?

In line with our 'Stealth Policy' you will be billed under a discreet company name. IMPORTANT: PLEASE LOOK OUT FOR ADVICE ON HOW YOUR PAYMENT WILL SHOW ON YOUR STATEMENT. You will receive an email and a notification straight after we receive payment.

When I have paid for my order how long will it take before I receive it?

If you have paid by credit card, we will endeavour to have your order with you within approximately 7-10 days (often sooner in Europe). However, there are rare occasions where it can take longer. Please contact us if you have not received your order within 28 days after you receive your shipping confirmation.

I intend to my germinate my seeds - can you help me?

No, absolutely not. All seeds are sold as souvenirs and not for the purpose of germination. We will refuse to supply anyone who we believe is intending to germinate our seeds, and absolutely cannot, under any circumstances, replace seeds for reasons concerning germination.
